Branded Black Light Pendant
A custom designed pendant with ultraviolet LEDs for lighting black light responsive clothing. Created to be both functional and artistic, two versions of the pendant were created. Each with different features and techniques. The smaller one uses a 14500 lithium battery, PIC16F processor, and 11x 5mm UV LEDs. The logo design was directly printed on the PCB. The larger one was much more complicated, 5mm UV LED around the outside, masked acrylic plate with addressable pixels to light the center, and two remote pendants with additional UV LEDs. These looked amazing when worn, but the weight and short runtime of the batteries made the project less useful.
